Overview

Collaborative platform founded by Highway Limited, Sign Language Learning and Inclusion Services (SLIINC), and the Deaf Institute of Communication and Sign Language Trainings (DICSLT). This partnership combines expertise in sign language education, broadcast communication, and disability inclusion to bridge the communication gap between the hearing, the Deaf community, and society at large.

    SEAL offers flexible, accessible sign language skills training courses through its innovative online platform. This enables individuals, schools, and organizations to learn sign language at their own pace from anywhere in Africa and beyond.
  • Disability Mainstreaming and Accessibility Audits
    SEAL helps organizations align with disability inclusion policies, providing accessibility audits, braille translation, and sign language interpretation services. We assess organizational controls, digital accessibility, and infrastructure to ensure inclusive participation for all individuals.
  • Broadcast and Communication Solutions
    Through the expertise of Highway Limited, SEAL offers advanced broadcast, live streaming, and video production services for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. We provide end-to-end solutions, from system integration to studio design, ensuring efficient communication and digital outreach.
  • Economic Empowerment for Persons with and without Disabilities
    SEAL runs various economic empowerment programs, specifically targeting the Deaf and hearing people. We offer training in entrepreneurship, business management, and skills development to enable sustainable livelihoods and job creation.
  • Corporate and Government Solutions
    SEAL assists businesses and government institutions in integrating disability-inclusive communication tools and technologies. From live streaming to internal corporate communication, we ensure that all stakeholders, including persons with disabilities, are fully engaged.
  • Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) and Mental Health Training
    We conduct targeted training sessions focused on SRHR, HIV & AIDS, and mental health, ensuring that the Deaf community and persons with or without disabilities have access to vital health information and services.
