Sign Education Africa Limited (SEAL) is a unique collaborative platform founded by Highway Limited, Sign Language Learning and Inclusion Services (SLIINC), and the Deaf Institute of Communication and Sign Language Trainings (DICSLT). SEAL was established to combine expertise in sign language education, broadcast communication, and disability inclusion to bridge the communication gap between the hearing, the Deaf community, and society at large. Through our unified mission, we offer accessible, empowering, and sustainable services that promote social, economic, and educational inclusion for all.

    SEAL helps organizations align with disability inclusion policies, providing accessibility audits, braille translation, and sign language interpretation services. We assess organizational controls, digital accessibility, and infrastructure to ensure inclusive participation for all individuals.

    Through the expertise of Highway Limited, SEAL offers advanced broadcast, live streaming, and video production services for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations.
